Zano disclosed that the Gateway Addresses introduced in Hard Fork 6 have verification deficiencies. The attacker minted approximately 18.4 million ZANO and fUSD tokens on August 29 and September 25, respectively, with a total value of over 200 million US dollars, involving 117941 outputs and 65301 transactions. Zano has restored the chain state from block 3833000 and disabled Gateway Addresses. The affected balance will be fully restored, while ZANO supply and issuance plans remain unchanged.
