The US Senate has not advanced the 635 page Clarity Act
The US Senate has recently failed to push forward the 635 page Clarity Act, which aims to establish a regulatory framework for the structure of digital asset markets, classify encrypted tokens legally, set licensing requirements for trading related companies, and divide the regulatory powers of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
