Greenfield Capital complains to Swiss regulatory authorities about Safe Foundation

Greenfield Capital has submitted a complaint to the Swiss Federal Fund regulatory agency, questioning the governance and asset size reduction of the Safe Foundation. Greenfield Capital pointed out that the asset size of the Safe account has decreased from $6.6 billion at the beginning of 2024 to $3 billion, and the foundation has not adopted its recommendations to update the board of directors and adjust management. Greenfield Capital emphasizes that this complaint is only related to the governance of the foundation and holds a positive attitude towards the work of the Safe Labs operations team.
