Solana Foundation releases open-source DvP settlement program, supporting institutional second level atomic settlement

The Solana Foundation has released the open-source Delivery for Payment (DvP) custody program Solana DvP, which is open under the MIT license and allows settlement agents such as banks, custodians, and exchanges to complete atomic settlements on Solana, achieving second level finality.
