Canary Capital launches the first pledged TRX ETF in the United States

Canary Capital launches Canary Staked TRX ETF (code TRXS), which will be listed on the Cboe BZX exchange on September 9, 2026. The fund directly holds TRX, with a target pledge of approximately 90% of qualified positions, and the pledge income is included in the fund's net asset value. The annual initiator fee is 1.10%, and the maximum pledge income fee is 20%. TRON DAO and Sun Yuchen rang the Cboe closing bell in Chicago on September 29th. The wave field carries over 94 billion US dollars in circulating USDT, and the market value of TRXS was approximately 32.1 billion US dollars when it went public.
