The US government transfers 9261 BTC to Coinbase Prime

Galaxy Research tracking shows that the US government recently transferred 9261 BTC worth approximately $770 million to Coinbase Prime. Since its launch in December 2025, this deposit address has received a total of 115.67 BTC, of which 6406 came from known government wallets and 5160 came from previously unmarked wallets. Among the BTC transferred this time, 2456 had no clear ownership label before. The US government currently holds approximately 319086 BTC, of which 71% are LuBian related BTC and 94643 Bitfinex recovered funds. LuBian's related assets involve 127271 BTC. Since 2013, the US government has received a total of 555260 BTC worth approximately $16.1 million at relevant addresses; 23617300 BTC worth approximately $3.8 million were released.
