Jeff Yan: If I were to start a new business, I might choose to study options

Hyperliquid founder Jeff Yan stated in an interview with Empire podcast at DAS 2026 Asia that if he were to start a new business without involving infrastructure, he might study the options field because it still has potential in the cryptocurrency market and perpetual contracts currently cannot meet the trading needs of all users.
