Ripple Custody adds support for Canton Network assets

Ripple Custody has added support for Canton Network, allowing institutional users to hold and transfer Canton Coin and CIP-56 tokens on the platform. The signature key is stored in the customer's own HSM or KMS, and currently only supports API access.
