Malaysian hardware wallet reseller CryptoBilis has changed its equity, with Jiaming, an individual registered in Heilongjiang Province, China, holding 100% of the company's shares from August 3rd. The former co-founder of the company confirmed that the company was acquired in March, and the original shareholders withdrew from all operational, management, and administrative positions. Afterwards, they only assisted the new team in coordinating activities such as Pizza Day, MyBW, and PBW.
