Specter questions Serpin token issuance and refund arrangements

Chain detective Specter stated that Serpin conducted an ICO without issuing tokens, and the token TGE was only launched on Coinbase with low liquidity. Specter pointed out that participants need to go through a long verification process to only retrieve 85% of the funds, and questioned why the project party did not fully refund the participants.
