According to Wen Wei Po, the National People's Political Consultative Conference and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference will be held in Beijing in March. CPPCC member Wu Jiezhuang recently introduced that four proposals will be submitted, involving social governance, cross-border facilitation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital economy and social governance. It is reported that one of Wu Jiezhuang's proposals is to promote a collaborative governance mechanism for cross-border telecommunications fraud, apply blockchain to construct an information encryption system, and develop a fraud phone location device. Other proposals proposed by Wu Jiezhuang include improving the circulation mechanism of digital assets and promoting the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy; Deepen the multi scenario application of artificial intelligence and lay out an independent AI chip industry chain in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao.
