AML Bitcoin founder convicted of fraud, may face decades in prison
On March 13th, according to Bloomberg Legal, a 12 member jury in San Francisco Federal Court ruled today that Marcus Rowland Andrade, the founder of Anti Money Laundering Bitcoin (AML Bitcoin), planned a multi million dollar "pull up" scam in 2017 and was convicted of federal telecommunications fraud and money laundering, or could face decades in prison. Andrade is a Texas businessman who collaborated with renowned lobbyist Jack Abramoff to promote AML Bitcoin as a "secure and reliable" payment system.
