Arbitrarum DAO votes to release 30800 ETH to support aftermath

Arbitrum DAO is voting to release 30800 ETH (approximately $711 million) to support DeFi United, a post Kelp DAO attack recovery plan. This fund was frozen by the Arbitrarum Security Committee on April 20th and was originally an asset transferred by the attacker. At the beginning of the voting, 169 million ARBs supported the proposal, and there are currently no opposing votes. The voting will continue until May 7th.
