Kelp donates 2000 ETH to DeFi United

According to a statement from Kelp, they have fulfilled their donation commitment to the Recovery Fund by donating 2000 ETH from their vault to DeFi United in a lump sum to restore rsETH's reserve support and system functionality. Kelp stated that the recovery plan includes injecting capital into cross chain lockboxes, restoring oracle functionality, and cleaning up market deficits. Kelp also thanks partners such as Mantle, Consensys, and Arbitrarum for their support and promises to continue reporting progress.
