Wazz: Hundreds of ETH mainnet wallets cleared by the same address

According to anonymous on chain detective Wazz, hundreds of wallets have been emptied from the same address on the ETH mainnet, with multiple wallets being inactive for over 7 years. Encryption user Capitulation stated that the vulnerability may be related to storing mnemonic words in LastPass security notes in 2020/21.
