According to PRNewswire, U.S. publicly traded company Eightco Holdings Inc. has announced its latest asset structure as of May 27, 2026, with a total portfolio size of approximately $374 million. The assets include: approximately $90 million in indirect equity of OpenAI (held via SPV), $18 million in equity of Beast Industries, approximately $144 million in cash and stablecoins, 11,100 Ethereum tokens, and approximately 283 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens. Additionally, it includes approximately $1 million in investment in Mythical Games. Eightco stated that its future portfolio will focus on core assets in AI and the digital economy, emphasizing strategic exposure to private tech companies such as OpenAI and Beast Industries.
