Putin: Russia willing to negotiate peace with Ukraine in Anchorage

According to Xinhua News Agency, Russian President Putin stated that Russia is willing to hold peace talks with Ukraine at the US military base in Anchorage, Alaska, and accept the compromise reached during last year's Russia US summit, but Ukraine needs to agree to the relevant conditions.
