According to CoinDesk, Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, will resign to the startup company and continue to serve as a consultant for Coinbase. Coinbase announced that Molly Abraham will lead the legal team as General Counsel, and Ryan Van Grack will serve as Vice Chairman. Molly Abraham has been serving as Vice President of Legal at Coinbase since March 2021.
