Czech Ministry of Finance lists Polymarket as an unauthorized gambling platform and requires blocking within 15 days

The Czech Gambling Regulatory Institute stated that Polymarket settles in USDC and operates as a decentralized exchange without obtaining local licenses. Recently, Italy has added Polymarket to its blacklist, and the Netherlands has rejected the platform's appeal. The EU market regulator ESMA warned this month that event contracts that meet the definition of financial instruments are prohibited from being sold to retail investors.
