Arbitrum Ecological Protocol AFX Cross Chain Bridge Attacked, About 24.15 Million USDCs Stolen

The cross chain bridge operated by the Arbitrum ecosystem protocol AFX was attacked at 5:30 am on July 23 (UTC+8), with approximately 24.15 million USDCs stolen. Blockaid is working with the Arbitrarum team to respond to the incident and assist in freezing funds. Offchain Labs co-founder Steven Goldfed confirmed that the transaction originated from a third-party protocol and the Arbitrum native bridge was not affected.
