Houthi militants attack three Saudi oil tankers, causing vessel traffic in the Mandeb Strait to drop to a months low

According to data released by shipping tracking agency Kpler on Monday, only 11 bulk commodity cargo ships passed through the Mandeb Strait on Sunday, hitting the lowest level in months. On July 26th, the Houthi armed group in Yemen claimed that they had attacked three Saudi oil tankers in the past 48 hours and carried out strikes on Saudi Aramco's facilities in Gizan and Yanbu.
