According to BIT (bit. com) market data, Strategy perpetual preferred stock STRC broke through $94 during trading, up about 30% from its June low. Strategy sold Bitcoin to pay dividends, repurchased $106 million in preferred stock, and increased its US dollar reserves to $4 billion. Strategy has not increased its holdings of Bitcoin for six consecutive weeks. Michael Sellers stated that Strategy will not issue new shares when the STRC falls below $100. The company has repurchased 2889300 STRC preferred shares for a total amount of approximately $25 million at an average price of $86.52 per share. Strategy plans to continue repurchasing when STRC falls below $100, and currently there is still approximately $975 million available for preferred stock repurchases. The repurchase funds will be raised through the sale of MSTR stocks and Bitcoin, with the goal of stabilizing the STRC price around $100.
