Switch secretly submits US IPO application, valued at nearly $50 billion

According to Bloomberg, data center company Switch Inc. has secretly submitted an IPO application in the United States, with plans to go public as early as November this year. Switch is partnering with Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley to seek a valuation of nearly $50 billion. Andreessen Horowitz co-founder Ben Horowitz will join the Switch board of directors. Switch is headquartered in Las Vegas and is controlled by Digital Bridge.
