According to the Shanghai Stock Exchange announcement, Utree Technology's online and offline subscription payment process has concluded. After reallocation, the final offline issuance amounted to 22.650148 million shares, and the final online issuance amounted to 9.707 million shares. Prior to the issuance, Utree Technology's actual controller Wang Xingxing directly held 86.714964 million shares, controlling a total of 34.763% of the shares. Through special voting rights arrangements, Wang Xingxing controlled a total of 68.7816% of the voting rights. After the issuance, the proportion of voting rights controlled by Wang Xingxing decreased to no more than 65.309%.
