US CFTC bans Caroline Ellison from trading with Gary Wang for 5 years

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has disclosed that the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York has issued supplemental consent orders to Caroline Ellison and Gary Wang, prohibiting them from trading for 5 years. The CFTC did not seek additional recovery payments, return of illegal gains, or civil fines against the two individuals, who jointly bear approximately $11.02 billion in confiscation order liability in related criminal cases.
