TAC investigates vulnerability attack incident and is temporarily suspending on chain operation

TAC is investigating a vulnerability attack on TAC's Cosmos based EVM side, which only affects TAC token supply. The TAC team is collaborating with TAC validators to temporarily suspend the chain, and the subsequent investigation results and chain recovery plan will be updated in a timely manner.
