Arthur Hayes: Flop Labs' Yellow Book officially opens for technical review

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, stated that the FLOP protocol research draft specification, Flop Labs Yellow Book v0.5.0, is now online and open for technical review. The protocol is based on Substrate/FRAME to build the inference measurement and settlement layer, using BABE block production and AlephBFT finality mechanism. The project plans to launch a test network in the fourth quarter of 2026, with token airdrops linked to testing participation, and launch the main network in the first quarter of 2027.
