The HIP-3 priority fee sharing ratio of the Hyperliquid protocol has dropped to below 19%, hitting a historic low.

According to a survey by the American Association of Individual Investors, 53.3% of surveyed investors are bearish, while 28.8% are bullish. The difference between the number of market bulls and bears has dropped to -24.5%, the lowest level since May 2025. More than half of the respondents hold cash holdings above normal levels, with 19.1% of them having cash holdings far above normal levels.
