L-BTC redemptions remain suspended after Liquid Network attack, attackers hold over $51 million in Bitcoin

Affected by the Liquid Network attack on September 6th, Bull Bitcoin users are temporarily unable to exchange L-BTC back to Bitcoin. Bull Bitcoin services are expected to resume within 30 days and inbound Lightning Network payments will be temporarily suspended. The attacker transferred 4000 bitcoins from the protocol and returned about 3400. Currently, they still hold 598.50 bitcoins worth over 51 million US dollars.
