The stablecoin project Open USD has been launched on Ethereum, Solana, Base, and Tempo. Open Standard targets payment, banking, settlement, and institutional transactions as its application scenarios. Coinbase、 Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa have become the first founding partners and investors of Open Standard, each receiving the same initial equity in the company. Zach Abrams, CEO of Open Standard, stated that the vast majority of the company's equity will ultimately be distributed based on the contributions of founding partners and other partners to the growth of OUSD supply and trading activities.
