Hyperliquid Labs is headquartered in Singapore, and MAS says it is not under regulatory control

Hyperliquid Labs has confirmed that its headquarters are located in Singapore, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has stated that Hyperliquid is not under regulatory jurisdiction and is not aware of any major jurisdictions that regulate it.
