Evernorth, supported by Ripple, completes SPAC merger and will be listed on NASDAQ next week

Evernorth, supported by Ripple, has completed its SPAC merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, with 473 million XRP and $300 million in cash entering the public market. Evernorth will trade on NASDAQ next Monday under the code XRPN, and the merger was completed on October 9th Eastern Time (Source: The Block)
