Amazon talks to acquire AI startup Decart for approximately $7 billion

Amazon is in talks to acquire AI startup Decart for approximately $7 billion. Decart's software can help developers switch workloads between different AI chips. The company raised $300 million in funding in May this year, with a valuation of approximately $4 billion. Anthropic conducted due diligence on the acquisition of Decart for approximately $6 billion, but ultimately abandoned the deal.
