FCAT, a subsidiary of Fidelity, has released a report stating that Solana has made progress in network resilience, economic security, and performance, with no record of mainnet downtime in the past two years. The report points out that the concentration of staking, hosting, and client software still needs to be continuously observed. Solana has reduced the block generation time to 350 milliseconds. Jacob Creech, Vice President of Technology at Solana Foundation, stated that the foundation proposed a goal of reducing it to 200 milliseconds in June and plans to make three further reductions of 50 milliseconds each.
