Franklin Templeton has filed registration documents with the SEC for two Bitcoin ETFs that reinvest dividends.
Franklin Templeton filed Form 8-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the Nasdaq listing registration for its two new exchange-traded funds, the Franklin US Equity Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF and the Franklin US Innovation Bitcoin DRIP Index ETF. The products will become effective on October 27th. The core mechanism is that dividend cash will be automatically used to increase Bitcoin exposure; the funds will not directly hold on-chain Bitcoin. The management fee for FBEQ is 0.09%, and the management fee for FIBT is 0.19%.
