[Horizen to Close Cross-Chain Bridge on November 4th; USDC.e Not Included in Return Plan] The Horizen L3 to Base cross-chain bridge will close on November 4th at 21:00. Users must transfer their assets before this time. USDC.e, operated by Stargate, is not included in the Horizen DAO return plan; holders must transfer their assets before the deadline. Horizen will take a snapshot of the balance and staking positions when the bridge closes. After a week of review, the DAO plans to return the remaining ZEN and any balance exceeding 0.001 ETH to the same address on Base, expected to take place in the second half of November. Base's Denim upgrade caused L3 to be unable to process transactions, accelerating the network shutdown and migration.
