On November 7, ARK ETF Trust filed a registration document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch the ARK Tokenized Market Infrastructure ETF. The fund's investment themes cover real-world asset tokenization and on-chain capital market infrastructure, including tokenization platforms, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, brokerages, custodians, and settlement networks.
The fund intends to primarily acquire exposure through total return swaps, but may also directly invest in the equity of relevant companies. It can indirectly acquire exposure to assets such as ETH and SOL through swaps linked to US-listed crypto assets ETPs. The fund will not directly hold digital assets or the aforementioned ETPs. The trading code and management fees have not yet been disclosed, and the registration documents have not yet taken effect.
