US court freezes Arbitrarum DAO $71 million ETH

According to documents from the Southern District Federal Court of New York, a US court has issued an injunction to the Arbitrarum DAO, prohibiting the transfer of approximately $71 million worth of ETH assets. The asset originated from the KelpDAO hacking incident, and the plaintiff plans to use it to compensate victims of North Korean terrorism cases. The court regards the Arbitrarum DAO as a "partnership organization" and warns its Security Council members that they may face legal responsibility if they refuse to cooperate.
