Iran proposes to open the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for compensation from the United States

According to Saudi media Al Hadath, Iran has proposed opening the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for compensation from the United States and has demanded that sanctions and frozen funds be discussed before signing any agreement.
