Iran's PressTV reports that Iranian ships have broken through the US maritime blockade

According to Iran's PressTV, at least three Iranian oil tankers and two cargo ships have broken through the US maritime blockade, passing through international waters after being stranded for months. The US and Iran have reached a memorandum of understanding demanding an end to the US maritime blockade on Iran.
