Sherwood locks team tokens and extends lock up period

Robinhood's proxy financial capital layer, Sherwood, has locked in 15% of the total supply of team tokens. The lock up period has been adjusted from 6 months of cliff unlocking plus 1 year of linear release to 1 year of cliff unlocking plus 2 years of linear release. The team has independently developed lock up contracts and completed manual locking.
