Oracle's CDS spread rises to historical peak, bond size reaches $117 billion

According to ICE Data Services data, the credit default swap (CDS) spread of Oracle Corporation rose by about 10 basis points on Friday to 198.23, setting a historical high closing record. Oracle Corporation holds approximately $117 billion in bonds in the Bloomberg US High Rating Corporate Bond Index, making it the largest company outside of the financial industry in the index. The release of the new AI model Kimi K3 has raised doubts in the market about Oracle's capital expenditure strategy and AI investment return prospects.
