South Korea's Democratic Party urges the Financial Commission to strengthen regulation of single stock leveraged ETFs

According to the Seoul Economic Daily, on the 20th, the South Korean Democratic Party urged the Financial Services Commission (FSC) to focus on monitoring single stock leveraged ETFs and develop supplementary measures if necessary. Park Sang hyuk, a member of the Joint Democratic Party of the South Korean National Assembly Political Affairs Committee, stated that lawmakers have requested regulatory agencies to strengthen market monitoring and situation analysis, and if necessary, to study and introduce supplementary measures.
