HashKey Holdings plans to acquire all equity of APEX in Singapore

HashKey Holdings Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary HKDAG (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has entered into a non legally binding framework agreement with the major shareholder of Asia Pacific Exchange Pte. Ltd. and APEX to acquire all equity of APEX. APEX holds a recognized exchange license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and its subsidiary Asia Pacific Clear Pte. Ltd. holds a recognized clearing house license.
