AI Financial Corp sells Canadian subsidiary ALT5 Sigma Canada to Prime Delta

According to Reuters, AI Financial Corp, a WLFI treasury company supported by the Trump family, has sold its Canadian subsidiary ALT5 Sigma Canada to Prime Delta in New York. The transaction includes $12 million in secured promissory notes, with $1 million due next week and the remaining installment payments, as well as approximately 11.6 million shares of Prime Delta stock.
