Manus confirms that it will resume independent operations and dismantle Meta's $2 million acquisition relationship. Tencent, ZhenFund, HSG and other original shareholders will participate in the repurchase, and Tencent will become Manus' largest single shareholder, but the shareholding will not exceed 50%.
