Citrini analyst Jukan stated that Nvidia's $500 billion financing guarantee arrangement with Wall Street will help avoid the impact on GPU sales caused by the tight cash flow of ultra large scale cloud service providers. This arrangement accelerates the expansion of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in the GPU market and does not belong to circular financing. Wall Street is increasingly viewing GPUs as collateral for recoverable value.
