Investors transferred 2380 BTC to the company's wallet, and Zhibao Technology issued 442 million PIPE units at a price of $0.35 per unit. The company has delivered 395678152 units, and the remaining 46321848 units are pending shareholder approval for delivery. This transaction is based on the adjustment of 3500 BTC financing intentions signed at the end of July, and Zhibao Technology will include 2380 BTC in its asset reserves.
