Harmony shards have reached the required number, and the second phase of rollback has officially begun

L1 public chain Harmony shard 0 and shard 1 have both reached the legal quorum. The rollback of the second phase GO has been activated, and validators who have completed the first phase need to follow the official guidelines. The team will update the progress after confirming network health, normal block production, and finalization. Harmony will retain block 92730034 of shard 0 and block 94978278 of shard 1 (15:25:37 on August 12, 2026) as the recovery starting point, and the verifier will use the corresponding replacement database to regenerate new blocks from heights 92730035 and 94978279.
