IPTS acquires Talent Protocol to obtain developer profiles and activity data

Recruiting company Interplanetary Talent Services (IPTS) acquires reputation platform Talent Protocol, obtaining 6.6 million verified developer profiles and 86 million activity data for recruiting talents in the fields of AI, encryption, and decentralized systems. After the transaction is completed, Talent Protocol will cease commercial operations, the Builder Score self-service application will be transformed into a public product, and TALENT tokens and legal entities are not within the scope of the transaction.
